Our Services. MTA General Cleaning delivers Residential Cleaning Services, Commercial Cleaning Services, Move In Cleaning Services, Move Out Cleaning Services, Post Construction Cleaning Services. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. MTA General Cleaning (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. MTA General Cleaning reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. MTA General Cleaning does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of MTA General Cleaning arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify MTA General Cleaning from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Modifications. MTA General Cleaning may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
